RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Justus Fashion. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund. All sale items earrings, adhesive bras, underwear, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. All exchanges are final sale. Unless the item exchange was due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition, appearing worn with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 14 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 14 days. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Justus fashion reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Justus fashion to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Justus fashion not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
